Faces of EU MODEX
What does EU MODEX mean to me?

"United in diversity"... I think the EU motto reflects perfeclty the philosophy of EU-MODEX as a great exemple of european cooperation and solidarity. They permit to mobilize experts and ressources throughout all Europe and its neighbours, with the same goal of beeing prepared to face disasters.

What are my wishes for the future of EU MODEX?

I really hope that we'll be able to start again soon to conduct physically the exercices and meetings in the same way that before the pandemic.
However the Covid-19 is showing us that every crisis has its particularity. We shall continue to be well prepared and to adapt our strategies to face all type of event, specially the ones with a low probabilty of occurence but a high degree of consequences.
This crisis should be taken as a learning opportunity by using its lessons learned in the next cylces of exercices.
